AddiConn Technologies was born from two deep beliefs: that the minutes we spend working should be meaningful — and that the most important work we do happens within the walls of our home.
Founded by Charles and Richelle Lentz, AddiConn is named after their two children, Addison and Connor. It’s more than a business — it’s a reflection of their shared values as parents, professionals, and people of faith. With a combined passion for technology, creativity, and service, they set out to build something that would not only support their family, but also help others create lives and work that matters.
After years of working in digital consulting and technology leadership, they saw a clear need: small and mid-sized businesses often struggle to adopt technology in a way that truly serves their people. Together, they created AddiConn to meet that need — delivering human-centered digital solutions that make work not just more efficient, but more fulfilling.
